Pulsetracker Application
2:45Tech, LLC (d/b/a Pulsetracker) will never use, resell, trade, or give away any information found within your private account or any third party applications we connect with such as Google Apps, Office 365, MailChimp, etc. We may need to login to your account from time-to-time to provide support and account access is limited to senior Pulsetracker employees only.

When integrating with Google Gmail, Pulsetracker has access to read, write, create, delete, and send email on your behalf when you are using the app. At no time will Pulsetracker perform any of these actions without you using the app. We store copies of your outgoing emails in the Contact Profile Timelines. At no time is your Google user data shared with anybody except senior Pulsetracker employees for support purposes only.

We do not store any credit card numbers or third-party application passwords in our database.

All data transferred to and from Pulsetracker servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and all development work is performed using SSH (Secure Shell) as the transport method.

Personally Identifiable Information:
Pulsetracker gathers personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, etc.) and/or demographic data (zip code, interests, etc.) that you submit when you: 1) contact us, request a free trial, request a demonstration or request a proposal, 2) complete a survey, 3) register for a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes, 4) sign-up for our mailing list, or 5) send us an e-mail. This information may be gathered through both on-line and off-line means. We may use this information to process and maintain your account, compile demographic statistics about our users, and display to you information that matches your interests and profile.

Web Traffic Data:
Pulsetracker servers gather industry standard information (domain, IP address, referrer, browser used, etc.) via Web server traffic logs. From time-to-time, we will analyze these logs to better understand the traffic patterns of our site visitors. We use this data to better understand how our site is being used which helps us upgrade it appropriately for increased ease-of-use and functionality. Below is an example of a typical “Web hit” showing the data we collect:

E-mail Communications:
To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our user lists to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to you. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please make a request to our database administrator (see below).

Cookies are small bits of alphanumeric information that are placed and stored in your browser by our Web site. Pulsetracker uses cookies to calculate unique visitor sessions, keep a continuous session state when you visit, and know if you have seen our  introduction screen or not, for example.
